Founded in 2005, in addition to handling cases of discrimination, violence, and bullying, it serves as a listening point for those in need, providing confidential support, information, and guidance.<\/p>\n<p>The service can be contacted through the toll-free number <a href=\"tel:800713713\">800713713<\/a> via web or Speakly chat.<\/p>\n<p>The call center is open Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and is toll-free from all over Italy, both from landlines and mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the consultancy services offered are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 free psychological counseling for both LGBTI people and their family or friends;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 free legal advice for cases of discrimination and homophobic and transphobic violence;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 free medical advice, particularly for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 anti-homophobia educational support and mediation in schools;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 social, family and work mediation;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Protection for cases of family homophobia with hospitality and support at the Refuge LGBT+ family home.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 information on the transition process and document rectification for transgender people<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 online comparison and orientation, via web, SMS or chat<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 discussion and socialization in LGBT+ groups<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gay Help Line \u00e8 il contact center nazionale antiomofobia e antitransfobia per persone gay, lesbiche, bisex e trans gestito dal Gay Center.
